    The Texas Lottery Commission presented Rudolph Matthews, 72, of Houston with the first installment of his top prize in the Weekly Grand instant game.

    After receiving today's installment of $52,000, Matthews will receive an annual installment in the same amount for the next 19 years.

    The winner bought the ticket at the Tri's Mini Market, located at 7401 Cullen Boulevard in Houston. The retailer is eligible to receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

    Matthews is the 42nd Weekly Grand winner since the game began in 1995. There are five jackpot prizes remaining in the current run of this game.

    The winner requested minimal publicity.
