22/12/2003 LAS VEGAS, NV - - The Fremont Street Experience debuts its all-new Disco Flashback light and sound show Saturday, September 28th at 7:30 p.m. Disco favorites featuring Van McCoy s The Hustle , The Bee Gees Stayin Alive , K.C. & The Sunshine Band s Get Down Tonight , Abba s Dancing Queen , The Commodores Brick House , Wild Cherry s Play That Funky Music , The Village People s Macho Man and Donna Summer s Last Dance come alive on the Fremont Street Experience light and sound show canopy. Boogie on down to five city blocks jammin all night long to 550,000 watts of concert-quality sound and original art leaping off the canopy of 2.1 million lights. The Fremont Street Experience Disco Flashback light and sound show special presentation will be featured at 7:30 p.m., 8:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m. and Midnight on Saturday, September 28th, 2002. Shake your groove thing to Boogie Knights and Love Shack, baby! Free performances take place on two stages from 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Boogie Knights will perform on the Fremont Street Experience First Street Stage and Love Shack will perform on the Fremont Street Experience Third Street Stage. The 80 s Station, STAR 102.7fm, is the presenting station and will broadcast from the Fremont Street Experience from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 28th. Fremont Street Experience light and sound shows are presented hourly from dusk until Midnight and are free and open to the public. Fall 2002 light and sound shows include: Disco Flashback, Tropical Fever, Classic Rock, Dancing in the Street (Motown), The Odyssey; An Illuminating Journey, Las Vegas Legends, Kickin Country and Heartbeat of a Planet.
