Paris Las Vegas, the newest themed resort on the Strip, will launch its first "Free-entry Million Dollar Slots Tournament," debuting this September, with the Grand Finals scheduled for December.

Unlike most slots tournaments that require a buy-in, players can enter Paris' "Million Dollar Tournament" one of three ways:

1. Winning the weekly "free entry" drawing
2. Hitting a slot jackpot of $1,200 or more
3. Earning 5,000 slot points within a calendar month

"Your odds of winning the million dollars are fantastique, especially since you enter these slots for free," says Stuart Richey, Assistant Vice President of Slots for Paris and Bally's.

A maximum of 600 players will compete for the million-dollar slots Grand Prize, with the winner receiving the million dollars immediately following the completion of the slots tournament.

Qualifying for the Semi-Finals begins September 1. Anyone who qualifies will be invited back to play in a semi-final session that will be held two months later. All qualifiers will also receive an offer of a complimentary 3-day/2-night stay at Paris or Bally's, plus a free companion airline voucher.

Players are permitted to play in more than one semi-final slots round, if they qualify. They can easily enter the weekly drawing, once a day, by using their Bally's MVP Card or Club Paris Card when registering at the Bally's or Paris Player Centers. Players can qualify once for the Grand Finals.
