| ‘CHAIR’-ITY SHOW FEATURES MAGIC, MUSIC |
22/09/2003 September 22, 2003 Imperial Palace to Host Benefit for Wheelchair Foundation LAS VEGAS, NEV. -- The Imperial Palace is proud to host the upcoming 'Chair'-ity show to benefit the Nevada Chapter of the Wheelchair Foundation and support its goal to provide a wheelchair to everyone in the state who needs one but cannot afford one. The show will be held in the Imperial Theatre on Sunday, Sept. 28. The show will feature acts from many walks of entertainment, including featured performers Ayala & Tanya, the 2000 Magicians of the Year. Joining Ayala & Tanya are musical acts Outasight, the blind musical trio, Grace and Cynthia Del Rio; model and dancer Jessica Leon; and the comedic trio Stooges of Las Vegas. World-famous boxing official Joe Cortez, who recently refereed the title fight between Oscar De La Hoya and Shane Mosely, will serve as emcee for the event. Tickets for the event are $25 per person or $750 for a VIP booth of four. Every ticket is tax deductible and includes one round of drinks. The Nevada Chapter of the Wheelchair Foundation was established in 2001 by Don Williams, president of The Auto Collections at the Imperial Palace.
